Venue Setup
We can host events at our curated gallery space or bring the experience to your preferred venue. For off-site events, we require a minimum of 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. We provide all table coverings, easels, and necessary protective equipment to ensure the integrity of your space.
Instructor Travel
Our lead instructors are available for travel within a 50-mile radius of our primary studio in Mumbai. For events beyond this radius, bespoke travel arrangements and stipends can be discussed during the proposal phase.
Materials Provided
All participants receive archival-quality canvases, professional-grade acrylics or oils (based on selection), a curated set of brushes, and a custom Thangaraj Arts apron for the duration of the event.

We accommodate groups from a minimum of 10 participants up to a maximum of 40 in our gallery. For larger gatherings, we can facilitate events at your chosen venue.
What are the venue requirements for off-site events? expand_more
We require a well-lit space with access to water. Our team needs 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. We provide all protective coverings for furniture and floors.
What is the recommended booking lead time? expand_more
To ensure your preferred date and lead instructor availability, we recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots.
